3-1-1 Service Request Data (1999-2014)

This dataset contains locations and attributes of 3-1-1 service requests in the District of Columbia as received by the Office of Customer Service Operations of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC) through the Mayor's Call Center (311), as well as other methods of citizen intake.
